Public website communications

This corporate website presents company, service, project, and contact information without requiring a visitor account. If you choose to email or telephone ES Development, the details you provide are used to understand and respond to that communication. Do not send identity documents, payment evidence, passwords, or other sensitive property-sales records through a general website enquiry.

Information handled by PSMS

Depending on an authorized workflow, PSMS may hold account identity, purchaser contact and identity information, project and unit records, booking and reservation facts, Sales Case documents, loan and SPA progress, commission evidence, and security or audit events.

Purpose and access

Protected information is used to administer property projects, prevent conflicting reservations, process bookings and Sales Cases, manage evidence and milestones, govern commission, produce approved reports, and operate the service. Server-side permissions restrict access by account responsibility, company, project, assignment, record, and field sensitivity.

Files, masking, and audit evidence

Protected files are not public website assets. Authorized viewing, download, replacement, status change, approval, export, override, and other material actions may create audit evidence. Sensitive values may be masked or omitted when full access is unnecessary.

Retention, correction, and legal hold

Material records follow approved retention and correction policies. PSMS uses governed correction, archive, anonymization, reversal, or cancellation instead of silently deleting business history. A legal hold may pause an otherwise scheduled lifecycle action.

Privacy contact

For a public website question, email es2u@outlook.com. For a protected PSMS record, contact the approved system owner or support contact.

Authorized PSMS users should use their established administrator or support channel for protected-record requests.
